I've always been a fan of Mark the man, and his culinary skills, so when the call came to help "test drive" his new venture for dinner, there was no question - I skipped my lunch.
"Ortega Fish Shack and Bar" conjures up a casual South American image.
There is a flavour of that, but it's a classy joint....from the impeccable service to the decor.
And, of course, there's the food.
Mark and his team write a fresh menu daily; it's built around the freshest fish available, so if it isn't fresh, you won't get it.
And given the Limacher track record for consistency, it'll become recognised as the best fish restaurant in town. I've been back twice. Enough said.
